Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

* The non-felt virtues of the stones does not in itself constitute a valid reason for return.

To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: 
* Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds 

Once received, the returned item is inspected, you will receive an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Deadline for reimbursements, late or missing:

If you have not yet received your refund, you can follow these steps: 

1 - Consult again your bank account. 
2 - Thereafter, contact the issuing body of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
3 - Contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Trades 

An item is replaced if it is defective or damaged. In this case if you wish to exchange it, you can indicate it by email: contact@rhealite.fr; and return the item to the following address:

Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by post to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
